For the business relationship between Epson and the customer, the following Terms and Conditions of Business in their version valid at the time of contract conclusion shall apply exclusively in connection with purchase and delivery.
 
Deviating, conflicting or supplementary general terms and conditions of business shall not become part of the contract even if they are known, unless their validity is expressly agreed to in writing.
 
2 Conclusion of contract
 
1. The goods presented in our Epson outlet store represent a binding offer from us to the customer. All goods are fixed price items. You have the option of choosing between a contract conclusion in buy-it-now format or shopping basket format. In both cases, the contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping basket or the goods selected by immediate purchase by clicking the button Buy Order.
2. The customer accepts Epson Outlet Store Terms and Conditions of Sale by placing the order. In addition, the customer can refer to the data protection guidelines before submitting the order and can take note of their contents. Immediately after sending the order, the customer shall receive a confirmation by e-mail in which the order is listed again. In this e-mail or in a separate e-mail, but no later than upon delivery of the goods, the text of the contract (consisting of the order and the terms and conditions including the cancellation policy) is sent to the customer.
3. Before sending the order, the customer can view and change the data at any time.
 
 
3 Title and Risk of Loss
 
1. Ownership of goods will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of your order.
2. The risk of the goods will pass to you upon delivery.
 
4 Deliveries and services
 
1. Unless otherwise agreed, the delivery will be made to the delivery address in the UK specified by the customer. Delivery shall be made by a transport company commissioned by Epson (UK) Limited. Only deliveries within UK are possible.
2. Customer orders which are placed on a working day before 12:00 p.m. shall be delivered within 1-3 working days if no or no deviating delivery time is specified for the respective goods in our online shop. The delivery time begins with receipt of payment.
 
 
5 Due date, prices, payment and invoice
 
1. The customer can make the payment by PayPal, direct debit or credit card. In case of using PayPal, the general terms and conditions of PayPal apply, which can be found under the following link https://www.paypal.com/uk/webapps/mpp/ua/useragreement-full

2. The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
3. The customer agrees to receive the invoices and credit notes exclusively in electronic form.
4. All prices in our online shop are gross prices including the respective valid legal sales tax. Shipping costs are not charged. The price including sales tax is also displayed in the order form before you send the order.
 
 
6 Warranty
 
1. Customers are entitled to warranty rights in accordance with the statutory provisions.
2. Epson also grants customers a standard product warranty of 12 months from the date of purchase for certain main devices. Any guarantees we may have given for certain articles shall be in addition to the claims for defects in the sense of paragraph 1. 7 Right of Withdrawal
 
1. Consumers have a legal right of withdrawal upon conclusion of a distance selling transaction, about which Epson provides information below.
2. This is applicable to consumers, that is, if you are a person acting outside the scope of your business or profession. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty (30) days without giving reasons.
3. The withdrawal period is thirty (30) days from the day on which you or a third party, other than a carrier and designated by you, took possession of the goods.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.
 
Consequences of the withdrawal
5. If you withdraw from this Agreement, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for any additional costs resulting from your choosing a different method of delivery from the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which we receive notice of your revocation. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
 
6. You must return the goods without delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract to:

In this context, Epson undertakes in particular to use the personal data entrusted to it exclusively in accordance with the contract and for the intended purpose and to take suitable technical and organisational measures to ensure an appropriate level of protection.

10 General information
 
1. We may update or amend these terms at any time without notice to comply with law or reflect changes in our business practices and procedures. Any updates or amendments will be posted on the Epson Marketplace Store and will not affect orders already placed.
2. You may not transfer, assign or sub-contract any of your rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party unless we agree in writing.

    I wish I had bought an epson refurbished first (not a new one)

    IIt is well worth the money, In perfect condition as specified. Guaranteed for a year so you can't go wrong. Delivery was quick too. Before this I had no end of trouble getting the right product for a well known (new) supplier. I wish I had bought this first. In case someone else has similar problems the ET 2850 and 2851 wil double sided auto print and airprint- but to my disnay I have found out that many other models wo n't do this. So check with Epson as I did if you need that.
